My name is Tara, and I will be your therapist at Sunray Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I can offer you warm, compassionate and person-centred counselling either online or over the phone, that meets you exactly where you are today. No judgement, just gentle, consistent support and genuine care from one human being to another.
I work with a wide range of people aged 18+ and will support you to find direction with whatever is weighing heavy on you. Whether you are feeling completely lost, navigating a massive life shift, or just tired of wearing a mask for everyone else, you deserve a space where you can be heard, respected, and genuinely cared about.
